P for  Pre-cooling :
Keep hopper temperature from 2-5 ºCto make the material in hopper fresh during auto and standby mode. Low temperature can prevent from bacteria.                                                                                                                  
A for Air pump:
Deliver mix with certain amount of air to cylinder. Soft serve overrun is from 20% to 80%.                                                                                                                                                                      
M for Mixer:
Mix uniformly. High-speed mixer in hooper keeps the material flowing in hopper in case of frosting. The ice cream will be more smooth after mix completely with air.                                                                                      
C for Counter:
It allows the operator to see the number of servings dispensed.  

D for defrosting:
This function can rapidly melt the ice cream in the freezer cylinder into liquid that significantly reduces leftover of  before washing. Besides, It will enter into production mode to reproduce the ice cream in cylinder to make it soft and smooth if the machine won't work for long time.
