Dough mixer G20 or G30 :
Put 1 kg flour+ a little improver + 5g dry yeast in G20/ G30 to mix ( mixer speed we adjust lower grade, Time adjust for 5miuntes )
and then , pour 200g sugar + a little salt + 1 egg+ 500g water to G20/ G30 . ( mixer speed we adjust lower garde , Time adjust for 15miuntes )
At last , we pour 50g butter into mix . ( mixer speed we adjust middle grade , Time adjust for 10miuntes )
Dough depositor and roller D30:
After dough was shaped , Put 500g dough into D30 that it can divided small dough and then make dough round.
Dough setup arrangement : 30-150g
Pizza cone machine PA-C4A:
Put 55g dough into mould inside .
Set up the timer :20 or 30 second
Press down button
After 20 or 30 second , the upper mould will rise automatically
You wear Micro oven gloves to take out pizza cone .
