How to use popsicle machine detail for you as following :
1. Pure the brine (saltwater) into the tank of popsicle machine (make sure the consistency should be 28%-30%.)
2. Turn on the machine and freeze about 2 hours at first time.
Make sure the temperature of the brine is below -18 centigrade.
3. Mix the popsicle materials and pure them into the popsicle mold
(down mold). Fasten the sticks on the up mold. Then combine the up mold and down mold.
4. Put the whole set of mold into the tank, make sure the mold could
a little float on the brine.
5. After about 10 minutes the popsicle has shaped up.(the time will
depend on the size of the mold, you'd better have a test, we couldn't
give you the correct time).
6. Prepare one tank of water and one empty tank when the popsicle
almost shape up.
Take the whole mold onto the water you prepare which could
let the popsicle divorce from the down mold.
After a few seconds , take out the up mold, and push the handle,
popsicles will slide down into the empty tank.
Then you could pack the popsicle immediately.
