1. Pre-cooling:Keep hopper temperature from 2-5 ºCto make the material in hopper fresh. Low temperature can prevent from bacteria.
2. Air pump:Deliver mix with certain amount of air to cylinder. Soft serve overrun is from 60% to 70%.
3. Mixer:High-speed mixer in hooper keeps the material flowing in hopper in case of crystal and frosting. The ice cream will be more smooth after mix completely with air.
4. Counter:Indicating how many ice creams have been dispatched from the machine.
5. Heat treatment:Provide a daily cleaning routine to ensure the serving product is safe.
6. Disinfection:Special function that make sanitizing process semi-automatic and easy to ensure the parts in contact with food is up to sanitary standards.
7. Defrosting:Production Defrosting rapidly melts ice cream in both cylinders and hoppers and then goes back to prodction mode to reproduce. Washing Defrosting Rapidly melt the ice cream in the freezer cylinder that significantly reduces leftover of mix/ice cream before washing.
